For best quality, consume products by the expiration date indicated on the packaging.

Delivery and Shipment:
We offer door-to-door delivery services throughout South Africa via trusted third-party delivery Services.
Returns and Refunds
Cisco's Food Products is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Eligible items for return or exchange must be more that 75% full, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition (for resalable items). No refunds will be issued if more that 50% of the product is consumed. Refunds will be conducted on a pro rata bases ie. if 50g of product is returned, only 50g of product will be returned or refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.
