At Cisco's Food Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your peace of mind. This return policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns and Refunds
Cisco's Food Products is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligible items for return or exchange must be more that 75% full, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition (for items that can be resold).
No refunds will be issued if more that 50% of the product is consumed. Refunds will be conducted on a pro rata bases ie. if 50g of product is returned, only 50g of product will be provided or refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.
Initiating a Return:
If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. You can reach us by email/phone, and please provide the following information:
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective or damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return to ensure its safe and timely arrival.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for certain returns.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately to report the issue. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as needed.
