Delivery and Shipment:
We offer door-to-door delivery services throughout South Africa via trusted third-party delivery partners.
Returns and Refunds
Cisco's Food Products is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligible items for return or exchange must be more that 75% full, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition (for items that can be resold).
No refunds will be issued if more that 50% of the product is consumed. Refunds will be conducted on a pro rata bases ie. if 50g of product is returned, only 50g of product will be provided or refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email of your order, and our team will then send you an email containing your tracking number and link to track your order once the package is sent out to our third party delivery partner.
Delivery Issues:
In the event of any delivery issues or concerns, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with our shipping carriers to resolve any issues and ensure your order is delivered to you promptly.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery errors. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
